LOCAL BRANDING FIRM UNDERGOES
LEADERSHIP TRANSITION
DAYTON, Ohio (July 28, 2008)—As part of a planned succession, ownership of Miamisburg-based Graphica has transitioned from the firm’s founders to four of its longest standing employees.
For nearly 25 years, Dayton-based Graphica has helped companies of all sizes define, energize and manage their brands. The ownership transition will allow Mark Stockstill and Nick Stamas, two of the firm’s original founders, to move into a consulting role.
“The move is part of a planned succession,” Jeff Stapleton, the firm’s new president, said. “With the exception of a new ownership team, business will continue as usual. Our commitment to develop enduring brand identities and innovative communications that connect our clients with their customers will not change.”
Stapleton added that the new ownership team will also focus on planned, deliberate growth.
The new leadership team is composed of Stapleton, Vice President Cindy Kaer, and partners Drew Cronenwett and Greg Simmons. All four have been with the company for more than 20 years.
Headquartered in Miamisburg, Graphica provides branding, design and integrated communications solutions for companies across the nation. Clients include such Fortune 500 names as Crown Equipment Corp., Hexion Specialty Chemicals, NewPage, Honeywell Aerospace, Target, AMD and Procter & Gamble.
Graphica was founded in 1984 by Stamas, Stockstill and Larry Holland.
