Account Service Manager
Graphica is seeking an Account Service Manager who will play an integral role managing our clients. Responsibilities include managing multiple projects from conception through completion by ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality, error-free deliverables. Specifically, the Account Service Manager will be the central point of communication in all phases of projects between the client and internal team, will be responsible for ensuring clients’ needs are met, will participate in the development of strategic deliverables, and will manage budgets associated with projects. Minimum requirements include a bachelor’s degree with 4-8 years industry-related experience, and account management/client service/project management experience. Additionally, candidates must be detail-oriented and have excellent organizational, problem solving, communication (both written and verbal), and presentation skills. Candidate should also be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Submit resume online.

Eligibility
- Minimum of 4 semesters or equivalent
- Acceptance based on resume/portfolio review
- Intermediate skills in Adobe CS programs
(experience with Quark is a plus)
